Attention, anyone who reaches this page. As you may or may not know, a true friend is a very rare thing indeed, and something to be treasured. A very wise person once said to me (more or less), "Each friend we have brings something new into our lives--something we would not have experienced without them. Thus, whole new worlds are opened for our exploration through the simple act of friendship." (hmmm, wonder where that came from, Lali...)
Lali is one of these special few. She has made my life a little crazier, a little calmer, a little more ...electronic, and a little more appreciative of nature, and, above all, she has been there every time I needed her. Whether we were cramming for finals or relaxing over TACOS, everything seemed a little more fun and less stressful when she put it into perspective. (like those roofs on the houses--brilliant) And, lest I forget, my computer skills would still be below rock bottom without her help, patience, and willingness to try this or that. Finally, when we were suffering through those LOOONG bus trips home, she was always willing to commiserate with me. (And believe me--it was not a pretty sight)
So, basically Lali, this is my pathetic, inadequate attempt at saying "Thank You." You are a true friend, in every sense of the term. I will never be able to repay you for everything you have helped me with. (like those times I was posessed by the dark side) If you ever need ANYTHING (a printer, cheese, MY LIFE) just call me and I will be there.
